I very quickly learned that the lighting at Old Main was SO much better in the early mornings hours than later in the day. Trust me, it's definitely worth the wake up call!

On days when my schedule permits, I offer two back-to-back morning sessions. Both are wonderful options, but the one you choose is ultimately up to your personal preferences. Here are some pros for each:

Morning Slot One: the early morning light is softer and more even just after sunrise. They say the early bird catches the worm, which is absolutely true of early morning sessions—campus is much less crowded!

Morning Slot Two: the sun is more awake and brighter in your images, but is still just as gorgeous as it peeks out from behind Old Main. Plus you get some time to sleep in!

You will receive a link where you can download all of your pictures within 1-2 weeks of your photoshoot. I may be able to return them sooner depending on how busy my work season is. If you'd like to get your photos back ASAP, book earlier in the grad season!

BYO cap, gown, and stole! Also, bring along any props you may want for your photos, like champagne. I would recommend bringing two bottles of champagne so we can make sure you get that perfect shot!

YES. Bring your people! It is always helpful to have a buddy that can hold something for you, fix that wild piece of hair, and make you laugh. I would also love to snap some shots of you and your loved ones.
